Day of Advent

Today you can listen to one of Catholic Teen Books progressive Christmas stories!
For the past several years, Catholic Teen Books has been invited to collaborate on a Christmas story for the Reading with Your Kids Podcast. The host, Jedlie, provides a story prompt and then one of the CTB participants starts the story. After writing their section, the story is passed on to another author. The story continues until the final participant winds up the story. No one but the final author knows how the story progressed until each author reads their section for the podcast.
These collective stories have become a CTB annual tradition!
Author's Christmas Fun Fact
Here is the prompt for this year's progressive Christmas story:
A foster teen receives a wooden staff on Christmas Eve, left anonymously at the church door. The staff leads them—literally—through the town, revealing the lives of others who need hope.
You can listen to this one too, as it becomes available, on Reading with Your Kids Podcast!
